Stacy Chang is a nurse practitioner who provides care across the full spectrum of kidney disease in both acute and chronic settings. Her clinical focus includes end-stage renal disease (ESRD) and acute kidney injury (AKI). She takes a collaborative approach to care, working closely with patients and the broader care team to support clear communication, shared decision-making, and coordinated treatment plans. Stacy has been part of Kidney Specialists of Minnesota since 2023.
Born in California and raised in North Carolina, Stacy now lives in St. Paul with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, listening to audiobooks, watching murder mysteries, playing games, and enjoying good food, along with occasional outdoor activities such as biking and fishing.
