Sarah Foley is a physician assistant specializing in the care of hypertension, early kidney concerns, chronic kidney disease and end stage kidney disease. She is passionate about partnering with her patients to help them understand their health, navigate treatment options and feel empowered in managing their care. Sarah believes listening, educating, and shared decision making are key tp achieving the best possible outcomes.
Outside of the clinic, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children. In her free time, she can be found cheering on her favorite sports teams, traveling, or enjoying a good book.
