Meet our Interdisciplinary Team!

Evergreen Nephrology works in partnership with Kidney Specialists of Minnesota to provide patients with the best possible care. This care team includes members with different backgrounds and expertise working together with a common purpose – helping patients live their best lives possible. They work to help set goals and make decisions about a patient’s health, and can also share resources and provide education so that patients have the tools they need to meet their goals.
