Bradley Nelson is a nurse practitioner who provides care across the full spectrum of kidney health, from early kidney concerns to advanced and chronic conditions. His clinical interests include chronic kidney disease, hypertension, electrolyte imbalances, dialysis care, and kidney stone prevention.
He strives to engage patients in a meaningful way by educating, empowering, and centering them in their healthcare journey, helping individuals feel informed and confident in their care decisions. Bradley has been part of Kidney Specialists of Minnesota since 2022.
Originally from southeastern Minnesota, Bradley now lives in Minneapolis. Outside of work, he enjoys running, biking, hiking, traveling, live music, reading, and listening to podcasts.
