Bridget Moe is a nurse practitioner who provides care across the full spectrum of kidney disease, with particular expertise in advanced and end-stage kidney conditions. Her clinical focus includes advanced chronic kidney disease, end-stage renal disease, and renal replacement therapy.
Her approach to care is patient-centered and holistic, integrating a patient’s full medical history to understand its impact on kidney health and to support overall wellbeing. Bridget has been part of Kidney Specialists of Minnesota since 2014.
Bridget has boy/girl twins and enjoys traveling the world, camping, hiking, raising her children, and spending time with family and friends.
