Dr. O’Keeffe is a nephrologist who cares for patients across the full spectrum of kidney disease and throughout all life stages. Her clinical interests include kidney disease and pregnancy, lupus nephritis, and home dialysis.
Her approach to care is individualized, collaborative, patient-centered, and data-driven, ensuring that treatment plans are both medically sound and aligned with each patient’s goals. Dr. O’Keeffe has been part of Kidney Specialists of Minnesota since 2024.
Dr. O’Keeffe lives in St. Paul with her husband and dog. Outside of work, she enjoys running, biking, camping, skiing, hiking, and paddle boarding.
